A trend I have been getting into the last few years is hair accessories. I particularly am a lover of hair bows, but there are a lot of creative things you can do with your hair to accessorize and add some flair.
Black Hair Bow
Since I do love bows, I want to share my favorite bow I own and the one I wear most often. This large black bow from Shopbop is high quality and a great size. I love the classic look of this bow and the versatility it has to be worn with so many different outfits. Sometimes I wear it as a statement piece for my outfit, but other times I can throw it in when I am having a bad hair day or I haven’t washed it in a few days.
Leopard Bow
A bow I purchased recently is this leopard bow from Baublebar. This bow is slightly larger than the black one, so I would suggest this bow for people who have longer hair. The leopard print gives it a trendy vibe and it looks great with solid colored outfits in neutral colors or even red. The best part is this bow is currently on clearance for only $16, so snag it while you still can!
Blue Barrettes
One of the most popular hair trends this season is hair barrettes and pins. I have seen so many cute ones that features embellishments such as pearls, and I spotted these blues ones at Target. These came in a set of 6 which features 2 navy snakeskin ones, 2 light blue and 2 gray. I love anything blue and I wear a lot of it so I picked these up to give them a try. These can be worn to pin back a half up/half down style or to pin back the hair from the face as I am doing below. This set of pins are so affordable at $7.99!
Printed Scarf
I recently bought this printed neckerchief from Target with the intention of wearing it tied around my neck. One day I tried it on with an outfit and wasn’t feeling it, so I tied it around my ponytail instead and loved the look of it. It is so easy to do and adds a stylish touch to any outfit. There are so many different printed scarves out there that this method gives you endless options for a hair accessory that coordinates well with an outfit. This scarf comes in a few prints and is only $9.99.
I am always on the search for new hair accessories so once I round up a few more I will do another post like this in the future. Grab the ones featured before they sell out!
