I recently had the opportunity to try one of the newest subscription boxes, Mollie et Moi. Mollie et Moi is a style subscription box that features five chic accessories. I loved my first box and I am excited to share what is inside.
Mollie et Moi is a new service and there will be a box for each season. The concept of the box is “Less is More” because they believe in offering timeless pieces that can be enjoyed today and in the future at an affordable price. The price of a box each season is $99 but has a total value of $275.
This box includes a purse, four pearl hair clips, hoop earrings, a layered necklace and a pair of sunglasses. The vegan leather purse is by far my favorite item. I love to collect bags and the classic style of this purse is so versatile. The front and back of the bag is black, the sides are white and the hardware is gold. This neutral bag is great for the winter but also can be worn in other seasons as well. The four pearl hair clips are incredibly feminine and on-trend. I love hair accessories and these clips instantly dress up any outfit. Two of the clips snap and the other two are bobby pins.
There is a pair of small gold hoop earrings included in the box. These earrings are so simple and classic and are the definition of timeless. The hoops are 2 cm in size and made from stainless steel but plated in 18K gold. These earrings are the perfect complement to the layered necklace that is included. This necklace features one chain with a pendant along with a shorter chain featuring small butterflies, and this is another feminine item.
Last, you will find a pair of sunglasses inside the box. The sunglasses have an exaggerated cat eye shape and are reminiscent of sunglasses that women wore in the 60’s, but with a modern twist. These sunglasses feature black frames and lenses and even come with a nicely made faux leather case. All of the other items come in microfiber pouches and the box is packaged very nicely overall.
