The winter feels like it is never-ending and Pittsburgh had a short reprise from the snow. Earlier this week the snow was back and so were the cold temperatures. So that meant, my over-the-knee boots made a come back as well.
Over-the-knee boots aren’t something I wear regularly, but I do love their chic look and versatility. Over-the-knee boots can be a bit expensive sometimes, but there are great options on Amazon, and from the brand Beston more specifically. This brand has a huge selection, varying from different heel types, heel heights and colors. I originally wanted a pair of simple black boots and they were the first pair I bought. The boots have a thicker, chunkier heel making them comfortable and really easy-to-walk in. They are great boots to wear for just about any occasion. After having such success with the black pair, I decided I wanted another color that was trendier. I also purchased the burgundy pair in the same style, which adds a great pop of color to neutral-colored outfits.
If I am being honest, I do have to say with these boots you get what you pay for. The boots are well worth the price and are a good value, but they have a quality similar to Forever21. If you are looking for boots that are the same quality as a pair from Stuart Weitzman then these probably aren’t for you. But if you are looking for boots that are comfortable enough and stylish, then give these a try. One tip for these boots is that the sizing isn’t very traditional, so you will need to order a size up. I usually wear a 7.5 and in the black boots I ordered a size 8.5 and in the burgundy boots I ordered a size 8. Both fit fine but I would suggest the half size up.
