I don’t know about anyone else, but I am loving anything featuring palm leaf prints! I love how tropical they look without being too beachy. The closest beach to Pittsburgh is a 6 hour drive away which actually isn’t too bad, but Pittsburgh is no tropical oasis so I don’t like to look out of place. This palm leaf print jumpsuit is the perfect balance between beachy and summery!
I have mentioned how I love a jumpsuit as a fun alternative to a dress because I think they look just as put-together. Since a jumpsuit can be a little too warm to wear in the summer months, I wanted to find a lightweight one. This Nordstrom jumpsuit is made from a linen blend so it is breathable when it is hot and humid, which has been everyday here in Pittsburgh over the last few weeks. The other great thing about this jumpsuit? It is easy to take on and off! While I do love the look of a jumpsuit, I think all of us ladies can agree that sometimes a jumpsuit is a nightmare when it comes to using the restroom. This jumpsuit doesn’t have any zippers or buttons so it stretches for an easy-on/easy-off dressing.
I love items that can be styled a variety of ways, and this palm leaf print jumpsuit is no exception. Personally, when wearing a jumpsuit I like to wear shoes with some sort of heel because I feel a flat shoe makes me look shorter. A pair of flat sandals could be worn with this jumpsuit for an easy look. I wore it with simple nude wedges (sold out, but similar option here) to elongate my legs. The nude looks great with the green and white colors of the jumpsuit, but what doesn’t nude go well with? For earrings, I added these gold rectangle statement earrings from The Styled Collection. The earrings are great because they look much more expensive than they are and can be worn with so many different outfits. I added this tan circle handle bag, but this outfit would also look great with some sort of straw handbag as well!
