I have mentioned in a previous blog post that I am obsessed with the color blue and I have a tendency to buy a lot of blue clothing. I never have been too much of a pink person, but I have noticed I am starting to gravitate to blush pink lately. Right now, blush pink is a big trend in so many different stores so I’m hopping on the pretty in pink bandwagon.
A few weeks ago, Target had an amazing sale of $10 off a $40 clothing, shoes, and accessories purchase, so I took advantage of this deal with about 5 different orders. I also work for Target as a Visual Merchandiser, so I see and handle all of the clothing on a daily basis and see every new thing that comes in. If you ever wonder why I feature so much clothing from Target, now you know! Because of this awesome deal, I bought multiple head-to-toe #targetstyle looks.
When I saw this blouse I loved it because it has a fun spring print and a shade of pink that works for just about anyone. This blouse would look great with a pair of dark wash skinny jeans but I wanted to dress it up a bit, so I paired it with straight leg belted trousers in the same shade of pink. Given that the blouse has a floral print with bold colors, it breaks up the all-over pink. Both this blouse and these pants are from the Target brand A New Day, which is my favorite Target brand. A New Day has a wide assortment of merchandise, but it is one of Target’s “dressier” brands which is perfect for me.
I probably sound like a broken record, but Target is my go-to place for accessories because they have a stylish but affordable selection. These cobalt blue statement earrings are bright, bold, and fun and I had to add them to my extensive earrings collection. The blue color of these earrings also break up my all-over pink outfit with a pop of color. For shoes, I added these nude block heels also from Target. These shoes are great because they have a really simple style and are easy-to-walk in. I plan on wearing these heels with outfits that are on the dressy side like this one, and even with much more casual outfits like a solid button-down shirt and shorts. The heels are also available in black and pale blue, so I definitely plan on buying the blue pair soon!
