There are so many different websites and online boutiques that I would have never found out about if it weren’t for Instagram. I recently met a friend for drinks at a local bar in Pittsburgh called Lorelei which has 2 parts: a beer hall and a cocktail bar. I am not much of a beer drinker, so I always sit on the cocktail bar side and enjoy their delicious cocktails. I love a well-made cocktail and they always deliver on that. The bar is fresh, light, and airy which plenty of natural light and greenery.
When deciding on an outfit to wear, I chose this yellow top I purchased from Poppy Apparel. I liked how the color of the top was on the brighter side because I don’t have many items that are bright yellow. I was most attracted to this top because it has a trendy style to it. As I have mentioned before, I like anything that is off-the-shoulder but I also like the tied details in this top as well. Since the strings are long it creates larger bows on the shoulders which I think is an adorable detail.
This top could be worn a few different ways. It could be worn tucked into a skirt, but I chose to wear it with a pair of white distressed skinny jeans. White always looks nice against yellow for a summery feel. I also added a pair of statement earrings which feature blue, coral, and yellow which complement the shirt perfectly.
